Sedulous Company for Building & Construction (SEDCO) initiated in 2000, previously known as AL-Rashedan Establishment for Contracting & Trading since 1979. SEDCO main office is located in Al-Khobar city, Olaya Area, Yarmouk Street, near Al-Rashed Mall. SEDCO is employing highly qualified and experienced engineers, supervisors and technicians from all building and construction aspects. SEDCO has a Building Management & Technical office (BMTO) works as a central office for all projects, consists of several highly experienced engineers, designers and draftsmen and supports all the projects requirements. SEDCO has a Steel Structural Building Division concerns with the fabrication & erection of the steel structural system. Moreover, SEDCO is a certified builder for KIRBY. SEDCO possesses an adequate number of heavy construction equipment, vehicles, machines and tools covering all projects requirements. SEDCO is classified “Third Rank” according to “Contracting Classification”.
